Dance Fitness is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is the perfect blend of explosive dancing and boot camp toning movements that are fun and effective.
Strength & Endurance
This 55-minute class fuses exercise techniques from Pilates, dance, cardio and sculpting moves and yoga. Using the Barre allows deep muscle toning movements along with intervals of fat blasting cardio techniques. The fitness inspired class is set to an upbeat music selection at a vigorous pace to get your heart pumping. Barre is done with ToeSox or barefoot.
